3 MOST IMPORTANT RULES

- Always communicate everything with your coach
- Commit or you need to rethink your priorities
- We always clean up after ourselves whether we are training or racing. Before leaving your area cleanup after yourself.
- Each seasonal training is focused around 1 thing, peaking at the end of the season.
- Your education will always come first.
- You are responsible for your belongings and yourself
- You are required to be at practice and on time 5 days a week (start and end times are subject to change). For Varsity you must be required to commit to at least 5 sometimes 6 days a week.
- Each athlete is given 10 unexcused absences (determined by the coach). After the 10th the athlete will no longer be allowed on the team (similar to any school class).
- No phones out during practice.
- No music during practice
- Attend all meets (missing any requires prior notification)
- The coach has the final say on rulings no if’s, and’s, or but’s.
- No hazing
